Who is BIC Canada?

The Brethren in Christ (BIC) is a family of churches.

We look a little different from each other, but we are united by our love of Jesus, love of each other and our common vision.

Through our different expressions of faith – The Meeting House, The Network and our Community Churches – we are reaching out in our community to introduce new people to Jesus, show his compassion and build his church.

In pursuit of our purpose, we have determined to foster an inspiring, risk-taking leadership culture by advancing four strategic initiatives – locally, nationally and globally:

  • renew, innovate, and multiply expressions of church
  • get behind young and emerging leaders
  • mobilize creative, compelling communicators
  • cultivate mutual, compassionate relationships
