FLOW Retreats

FLOW retreats are just that... a retreat!

A chance to pull away with other young adults who are committed to learning, laughing, growing and having fun together.

FLOW retreats will be your opportunity to dig deep into what you've been learning through your personal internship experience and the Development Days in a casual and safe environment.

We will also delve into key topics and practices in spiritual formation and living a Jesus-centred life.

These retreats are for FLOW interns only. There is no charge for the retreats. All expenses are covered.

There will be 4 retreats between May and August, 2019.

  • Retreat One - Orientation Retreat

    (Wednesday, May 1 – Saturday, May 4, 2019)
This is it! The adventure starts on May 1. We’ve got lots packed into our first few days together. On Wednesday and Thursday we’ll be having a blast getting to know each other and starting to delve into what FLOW is all about.

  • Retreat Two - Embrace The Mystery

    (Monday, June 10 – Tuesday, June 11, 2019)
Christians through the ages have experienced connection with God through contemplative spiritual practices. At this retreat we’ll be introduced to these types of practices and have the opportunity to explore them ourselves. We will learn and experience how they can help us on our own spiritual journeys with Jesus.

  • Retreat Three - Sacred Pathways

    (Sunday, July 14 – Tuesday, July 16, 2019)
We’re all unique. Wired in our own ways. It’s the way God made us, and that diversity is a beautiful thing. At this retreat we will discover and unpack our natural abilities and how to use them more effectively in all areas of our lives. As well, we will explore the ways we naturally connect with God which align with the unique way God has designed us.

  • Retreat Four - The Future Awaits

    (Monday, August 12 – Wednesday, August 14, 2019)
We’ll be wrapping up our FLOW experience as you launch into the next exciting chapter of your personal story. We’ll have time to debrief our summer experiences, process what we’ve learned, and encourage each other into our future. Plus lots of time to chill and have some end of summer fun!
